TANG TECHNOLOGY TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Goods and Services supplied by Tang Technology. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. No other terms (including those on your purchase order) will apply unless we agree in writing.
1.1 Definitions
Company means Tang Technology (ABN: 95 640 517 763) trading from 85 Main Street Osborne Park.
Client means the person or entity purchasing Goods or Services as listed on the Quote.
Goods means hardware, software licenses, networking equipment, peripherals, and any physical IT products supplied by the Company.
Services means installation, configuration, data migration, or consulting performed by the Company.
Business Day means a weekday (Monday to Friday) excluding Western Australian public holidays and weekends.
GST means Goods and Services Tax as defined by the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
1.2 Offer & Acceptance
The Client accepts these Terms and Conditions by:
- Signing the Quote or Sales Order;
- Making payment of a deposit; or
- Accepting delivery of the Goods.
2. Orders, Quotations & Pricing
2.1 Validity of Quotes
All quotes provided by the Company are valid for ten (10) days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.2 Scope of Work
Work is limited strictly to the items defined within the mutually signed Quote, Proposal, or Statement of Work (SOW). Any variations, modifications, or additional technical support requested by the Customer that are not explicitly detailed in the original agreement will be considered "Out-of-Scope".
2.3 Pricing Errors
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed based on incorrect pricing, provided the Client has not yet taken delivery.
2.4 GST
All prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated as including GST.
2.5 Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability and may be refused.
3. Price & Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing
Pricing listed in quotes and emails is subject to change without notice.
3.2 Payment Methods
Payments are accepted by Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Direct Debit. Fees may apply.
3.3 Payment Timing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full within the period specified on the invoice.
3.4 Late Payments
- Services may be suspended if invoices are overdue by 7 days or more.
- Delivery may be deferred while outstanding amounts remain unpaid.
- Overdue invoices may be referred to debt collection agencies after 30 days.
- An administration fee of $20.00 per invoice may apply.
- Interest accrues daily at 10% above the current RBA official cash rate.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 Timeframes
- Installation work is completed during normal business hours.
- Lead times are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Risk & Title
Upon delivery or collection, equipment is at the customer's risk. Ownership remains with Tang Technology until full payment has been received.
4.3 International Orders
Additional duties, taxes, or customs fees for cross-border transactions are payable by the Client.
5. Rental Hardware, Software & Consumables
5.1 Rental Hardware
- Tang Technology retains ownership of all rental items.
- Insurance is the responsibility of the client.
- Late returns may incur additional rental charges.
- Consumables are charged separately.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
6.1 Returning an Order
- Notify Tang Technology within 14 days of any fault.
- No refunds for change of mind purchases.
- Consumer guarantees apply for defective products.
6.2 Restocking Fee
Approved non-defective returns may incur a 20% restocking fee.
6.6 Project Cancellation
Deposits are forfeited if a project is cancelled after payment.
6.7 Refunds
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
- Store credits are non-refundable.
- Special order items are non-refundable.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers
8.1 Manufacturer Warranty
The original manufacturer warranty applies to all hardware and software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tang Technology excludes liability for consequential losses arising from the use of supplied equipment.
10. No Consequential Loss
- Loss of profit, revenue, or data.
- Business interruption or downtime.
- Damage to reputation.
- Loss of opportunity.
11. Intellectual Property
All Tang Technology designs, logos, text, and content remain the property of Tang Technology.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
