When long-term client Bailiwick Legal made the strategic decision to expand its operations into Bridgetown, a regional town in Western Australia, they turned to Tang Technology to ensure their new office was fully connected, secure, and operational from day one.
The new office was opened not only to better serve the legal needs of the South West community, but also to retain a highly valued team member whose personal circumstances had shifted to the region. This employee-driven expansion required a seamless extension of the existing Perth-based IT environment to the new Bridgetown office — without compromising data security, performance, or workflow efficiency.
Tang Technology, already managing Bailiwick Legal’s IT infrastructure in Perth, was engaged to design and implement an end-to-end IT solution that enabled full access to data, applications, and voice services across both locations.

- High-Speed Connectivity: We selected SpaceX’s Starlink internet service to overcome regional connectivity limitations and ensure high-speed, reliable internet access.
- Modern Network Infrastructure: A complete TP-Link Omada cloud-managed network was deployed, supporting:
- Network-wide Wi-Fi 6 coverage
- Yealink VoIP phones for crystal-clear communications
- Seamless access to network laser printers and shared resources

Tang Technology was awarded the full project and provided a comprehensive turnkey solution, which included:
- Site inspection and planning
- Structured data cabling and electrical works
- Full installation, configuration, and commissioning of:
- Network infrastructure
- Starlink satellite internet system
- All associated hardware and software
Our engineering team arrived on-site on Sunday afternoon and completed the Starlink installation by 6pm, enabling immediate connectivity. By Monday morning 7:30am, we began deploying the office network. By 2:00pm, the Bridgetown office was fully operational and seamlessly integrated with the Perth headquarters.
The Yealink VoIP system was flawlessly connected to Bailiwick’s existing SipCity cloud PABX, allowing staff across both offices to communicate effortlessly as if under one roof.
